Armed with a railgun weapon, Sojourn has white body armor to match her slicked back white hair, and she is adorned with facial tattoos. Sombra is seemingly set to be hit hardest, with Hack's ability lock duration cut, its damage multiplier slashed, and the ability to hack the same target in quick succession removed, as Blizzard currently considers her "too deadly for a flanker with easy access to the enemy backlines." Genji will just lose a little primary weapon damage and ammo - an attempt to "bring Genji more in line with the other flanking damage heroes" - while Zarya's Barrier will get a 20% duration cut and 10% cooldown increase to "provide enemies with more time to deal damage to her." D.Va takes a slight accuracy hit and will deal less damage by boosting into enemies, while Kikiro will get slightly less invulnerability after her teleport as it "ended up being a little too long and led to some confusion when shooting at Kiriko."
